How many OG Visa cards can a distributor have?

Only one (1) card can be requested per distributor; however, if there is a co-applicant in the OG account, two independent cards can be issued, one for the applicant and one for the co-applicant.  Please note that OG Visa Prepaid Card is not available in all countries.

What are the card fees?

Currency Conversion Fee:  You may be charged a fee of up to 3.00% of the converted U.S. dollar amount of any transaction made in a currency other than U.S. dollars. 

Service Fee:  $3.00 US (assessed if no Card transactions or loads have occurred onto a Card for a period of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days) 

Replacement Card Fee:  $6.95 US (per request to replace a Card for any reason) 

Expedited Replacement Card Fee: $30.00 US (per request to replace a Card for any reason, in an expedited time frame) 

Card Account Liquidation Fee: $15.00 US (charged if a check is issued for funds on your Card Account) 

*If you use an ATM not owned by The Bancorp Bank for any transaction, including a balance inquiry, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator even if you do not complete a withdrawal. This ATM fee is a third party fee amount assessed by the individual ATM operator only and is not assessed by us. This ATM fee amount will be charged to your card.

What limits is my card subject to?

Your prepaid card is subject to the following transactional limits: 
Maximum balance: $75,000 US
ATM Withdrawals: Up to $300 US per withdrawal, up to a maximum of $500 US per day 
Purchases: Up to $2500 US per purchase/per day 
Maximum Load: $75,000 US. Maximum of 20 loads permitted every 15 days 
Unload to Bank Account: $2,500 US per day  

How can I get money onto the card?

Once you have activated your card, you can move money from your Organo Gold Pay Portal balance onto the prepaid card by clicking on “Prepaid Card” in your Pay Portal menu, then selecting “Load Prepaid Card” from the prepaid card dashboard. Funds transferred in this way will be available to use on your card within 24 hours.

Where can I use the card?

You can use your Organo Gold Visa Prepaid Card to make purchases from any merchant that accepts Visa debit cards, including online (except for online gambling merchants). Please note that some merchants such as gas stations or rental car agencies may have a policy to not accept prepaid cards. This is a merchant-specific policy.

How can I obtain my card balance?

There are four ways you can check your card balance: 
1.    By logging into your online Pay Portal, where the funds available on your prepaid card will be displayed next to the Visa brand mark. 
2.    Using your smartphone, by accessing your Pay Portal via the mobile site Or, find and download the Organo Gold mobile app from iTunes! 
3.    By calling 1-877-546-8220 and selecting the option to obtain your card balance. 
4.    By consulting an ATM. You may make 2 free balance inquiries on ATM's each month; additional balance inquiries cost $0.25 each.

What is the maximum balance my card can carry?

Your card may carry a maximum balance of  $75,000 US.

Can I use the card to withdraw cash at an ATM? If so, which symbols should I look for on the ATM?

You can use your prepaid card to make cash withdrawals at any ATM bearing the Visa®, Plus®, or STAR® Acceptance Mark. Up to $500 US may be withdrawn per day from the card.

Can I make transfers to my card and/or view card transactions on the mobile application?

You can view your card balance and history by logging into your account on your mobile application.

Your Pay Portal transaction history will be updated with your card transactions a few moments after the card processor receives the transaction information. Please note that not all merchants may immediately submit their card transactions for processing, so you may not see the transactions in your history right away.
