Dear Organo Gold Distributor,
During our year-end audit of product stocks in our facilities, we discovered orders that are still waiting to be picked up. Our local CSRs have tried contacting the owners of these orders, which are now causing inventory issues.
To maintain efficient stock levels and forecasting, we have implemented a new company policy that will be effective on May 12, 2013:
- Pick-up fee is cancelled.
- Any orders for Pick-Up, or orders returned to the local Organo Gold warehouse as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address, must be picked up no later than 60 days from the original order date. After this 60 day period, the distributor will be charged for the whole storage time, starting from order placement.
- Current orders that have already been held for 60 days or more must be picked up no later than June 14, 2013. Shipping can also be arranged. For shipping, please contact our Organo Gold office and provide a valid mailing address with a prove of bank transfer payment for delivery.
Please Note: Only the distributor who placed the order can pick it up. Distributors are encouraged to pick up their orders within a week of placing them. In case distributor’s storage payment obligations will be equal to or excess the value of the order, it would be taken back for company loss compensation.
