If a SPONSOR requests to cancel autoship on behalf of his downline, please DO NOT cancel the autoship profile. Please provide the steps on how to cancel an autoship and that this kind of request has to be requested directly by the downline. Please copy (CC) the downline in the ticket to notify the downline of the situation.

Please prioritize the ticket and keep it in OPEN status in your inbox with an internal note until it gets resolved.

If this request is time sensitive (a few days before the autoship date), please call the downline to make the proper arrangement and resolution to this matter. If you are unable to contact the dowline, please go ahead and cancel the autoship profile and notify the downline through email that the autoship has been cancelled. Please advise how to place regular order.

If the sponsor is the credit card holder, please cancel the autoship profile and copy the donwline in your email.
