1. Contact Europe Distributor support to receive an RMA number.

  2. When returning your products write outside the box your:

  3. You must clearly print this RMA number in indelible ink on the outside of the box. Packages without visible RMA numbers will not be accepted by the Company.

  4. Please add a copy of the invoice

  5. All products must be returned unused, unopened and in resalable condition.

  1. Distributors must return the products within 30 days after date of delivery.

  2. Organo Gold is not responsible for the shipping fee back to our warehouse.

  3. Volume and commissions paid to the Distributor on the items being returned will be deducted.

  4. Distributors are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all returned packages. If returned product is not received by the Company, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to trace the shipment.

  5.  Once you have sent us the order, provide us the tracking number and the shipping company used to return the order so that we can track the delivery. Note that Organo Gold is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

  6. Once the products that you will return have been received by the warehouse and verified, we will proceed with your refund*.

*If the request is received:

-Within 30 days of delivery date: 100% product refund excluding shipping and handling. 

Upon membership cancellation:

-Within 30 days of delivery date: 100% product refund excluding shipping and handling.
