Independent Distributors may return products within 14 days of the delivery date, or exchange within 45 days of the delivery date, only if the products are unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition.
1. To exercise the right of return/exchange, you must inform us of your decision by contacting the Independent Distributors Support by Phone at 00 44 203 455 0235 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an unequivocal statement e.g. a letter stating the product to be returned/exchanged, the order number and Independent Distributor ID. To meet the return/exchange deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication to us before the return/exchange period has expired.
2. Please indicate the original invoice number and the product(s) being exchanged or returned in the communication.
3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or (EMA) number. Additionally, for exchanges, place and pay any difference for an order for exchange products; the total must be equal to or greater than the products being returned. No credit will be allowed towards future purchases.
4. Clearly print the RMA/EMA number in indelible ink on the outside of the box.
5. You can now return the product by shipping it to Organo Gold at the address indicated below. You will be responsible for payment of all shipping costs related to the returned items to be sent. You are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages and contact our Customer Service to provide the tracking number. If the returned product is not received by the Company, it is the responsibility of the Independent Distributor to trace the shipment. Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the communication of withdrawal/request to exchange products. The received goods shall not be damaged and shall be in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, corrupted, lost or of a different quantity without the consumer’s fault.

Deliveries are accepted 9.00-16.30 Monday - Friday.
Delivery needs to be notified 24 hours before.
7. If you duly follow this procedure, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the product.
