What happens once I place my order?

Order Processing and Shipping

• In-stock items (e.g., drinkware, novelty items, catalogs, bags): Orders are processed within 1–3

business days and may be shipped together with your regular coffee products.

• Personalized items: Orders are shipped separately. After placing your order, please complete the Organo Personalized Information Form with the details to be printed. A valid email address is required. Submit the form promptly to avoid delays.

Once the form is submitted, personalized orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
