Once your personalized order is submitted, please follow these steps:

After submitting your order, navigate back to the product page and fill out the Organo Personalized Information Form with the details you wish to have printed. This form is crucial for customizing your order to meet your preferences.

An email will be sent to you containing the default information from your profile. This serves as a confirmation of the details we have on file.

Please note that if the Organo Personalized Information Form is not completed within 5 days, your order will be processed and printed based on the default information from your profile. After this period, no further changes can be made to your order.

Can I cancel my order of personalized items? Once a personalized item is printed, the order cannot be canceled.
