Scandinavia Returns and Refunds procedure
1. To initiate the return process, please reach out to the Europe Distribution Partner support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. When preparing to return your products, ensure that you write the following information clearly on the outside of the shipping box: - RMA number: - ID number: - Order number: 3. It is essential that you print the RMA number in permanent ink on the exterior of the box. Please be aware that any packages lacking a visible RMA number will not be accepted by the Company. 4. Additionally, include a copy of the original invoice with your return shipment. 5. All items being returned must be in unused, unopened condition and suitable for resale. 6. Please ensure that you return the products to the specific warehouse from which they were originally shipped.

7. It is imperative that the Distribution Partner returns the products within a strict timeframe of 7 days from the date of their request. 8. Please be advised that Organo Gold will not cover the shipping costs associated with returning items to our warehouse. 9. Any volume and commissions that were previously paid to the Distribution Partner for the items being returned will be deducted from future payments. 10. We highly recommend that the Distribution Partner includes a pre-paid tracking option or delivery confirmation service for all returned packages. In the event that the returned product is not received by the Company, it will be the sole responsibility of the Distribution Partner to track and trace the shipment. 11. After you have dispatched the order back to us, please provide the tracking number along with the name of the shipping company used for the return. This information is essential for us to monitor the delivery status. It is important to note that Organo Gold cannot be held liable for any returns that are lost during transit. 12. Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse and have been thoroughly verified, we will initiate the refund process for you.* *Refund requests will be processed as follows: - If the request is made within 14 days of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the product price, which includes shipping and handling fees. - In the case of membership cancellation: - If the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the delivery date, a full refund of 100% of the product price, including shipping and handling, will be issued. - If the request is made between 15 days and 365 days after delivery, you will receive a refund of 90% of the product price, excluding shipping and handling. Please be aware that the 70% rule** will be applicable in this scenario. **The 70% rule stipulates that Independent Distribution Partners must confirm that over 70% of the products they previously purchased have been sold before they can place further orders. Products that are certified as sold under this 70% rule will not qualify for the Buy-Back program.
