Slovakia Procedure for Product Return/ Exchange

Independent Distribution Partners have the right to return products within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, exchanges can be made within 45 days of the delivery date, provided that the products are unopened, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

1. To initiate the return or exchange process, you must notify us of your intention by reaching out to Independent Distributors Support. You can do this either by calling us at 00 44 203 455 0235 or by sending an email to europe@organogold.com. In your communication, please include a clear statement indicating your decision, such as a letter specifying the product you wish to return or exchange, along with your order number and Independent Distribution Partner ID. To ensure that you meet the return or exchange deadline, it is sufficient to send us your notification before the specified period has elapsed.

2. In your communication, please make sure to mention the original invoice number as well as the product(s) that you are either returning or exchanging.

3. Upon receipt of your request, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. If you are exchanging products, you will need to place a new order and pay any price difference for the exchange items; the total amount of the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the products being returned. Please note that no credit will be applied towards future purchases.

4. It is essential to clearly print the RMA or EMA number in permanent ink on the exterior of the return package.

5. You may return the product by shipping it to Organo Gold at the address provided below. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the items. We recommend that you utilize a prepaid tracking or delivery confirmation service for all return shipments and inform our Customer Service team of the tracking number. If the returned product is not received by the Company, it will be the responsibility of the Independent Distribution Partner to track the shipment. Products must be returned promptly and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of your communication regarding the withdrawal or request for an exchange. The items returned should be undamaged and in the same quantity as originally sent, unless they have been destroyed, damaged, lost, or sent in a different quantity through no fault of the consumer.

7. If you duly follow this procedure, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the product.
