Canada Pick Up Center
Order online and pick up at the Richmond BC distribution center without leaving your car.
Here's How It Works:
Place your order online via your Backoffice or shopog.com and select ‘pickup’ upon checkout. If you cannot place your order online, you may contact customer service at 1-877-674-2661, and they will gladly assist you in placing your order.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please take note of your Order #.
You will receive a notification email from our warehouse when your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure this email has been received to avoid any delay when picking up your order.
Upon arrival, call 778-297-5229 to speak to one of our warehouse personnel and provide them with your Name (must match the authorized person’s name as indicated on the order invoice), Car Plate #, and Order #.
Park your vehicle at the designated pick-up parking spot near the warehouse back entrance (shipping & receiving), as our main doors will be locked.
Thank you for your patience. While waiting for your order, please open the trunk of your vehicle. You may be asked for identification. Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID through your window.
An ORGANO personnel member will then bring the order to your car and place it inside your trunk.
Pickup Fees and Location:
Handling Fee: A handling fee of $3.00 applies to all Canadian pickup orders.
