This document outlines the schedule and important information regarding the distribution of T4A forms to Canadian Distribution Partners (DPs) who have met the income threshold for the reporting period.

T4A forms are scheduled to be sent by the end of February to Canadian DPs who have generated an income amounting to $500 or more during the reporting period.

We kindly ask that you allow up to two weeks after the scheduled distribution date before following up on the status of your T4A forms. This timeframe accounts for potential mail delivery delays that may occur.
