How long is the shipment of my product?

For regular orders placed before the cutoff time, we'll ship them the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day. In either case, the shipping time is 1-3 business days.

Autoship orders ship within 2-3 business days and also have a shipping time of 1-3 business days.

Please note: When a package is delivered to our distributors, it is up to the UPS driver's discretion whether to require a signature or leave it at the door.

Shipping Lead Times

Mainland U.S.: 3-7 business days (includes PO Boxes and rural areas)

U.S. Territories:

• Puerto Rico: 7-12 business days

• Virgin Islands: 10-12 business days

Other U.S. States:

• Alaska: 10-13 business days

• Hawaii: 9-12 business days

Military Addresses: We cannot provide an estimated shipping time for military addresses due to the complexity of these locations.

If your order is currently in the "Assemble" status, we can no longer make changes to it in our system. You have two options:

1. Hold for Pickup: We can request that your order be held at the nearest UPS facility for you to pick up. While there is no additional cost for this, we cannot guarantee its success due to a shorter shipping timeframe.

2. Return to Warehouse: We can request a hold at a UPS facility for your package. If you do not pick it up within five business days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once it's returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We cannot guarantee this process will be successful due to shorter shipping times.
