I would like to exchange the items I received. What is the procedure?
OG Promotional Sales packs are designed as fixed bundles and, as such, are not customizable. Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate the exchange of individual items contained within these packs. However, if you find it necessary to exchange an entire pack, you may do so within 45 days from the date of shipping. Please ensure that the replacement pack you select has a Commissionable Volume (CV) value that is equal to or greater than that of the original pack.
To initiate the exchange process, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Service team to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. It is important to note that all items being returned must be in unused, unopened condition and should be suitable for resale.
To successfully return products for an exchange, please adhere to the following steps:
1. Clearly write the EMA number on the outside of the box to ensure proper processing.
2. Securely pack the products, including the original invoice, within the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Ship the package back to the original warehouse from which your order was dispatched.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the products, as well as any costs incurred for the re-shipment of the replacement items. We will only dispatch your replacement products once we have received and processed your original return. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
