My shipment was damaged. I want a replacement. What do I do?

If you receive a damaged shipment, you must report it immediately.
To get a replacement, you'll need to email photos of the damaged product to shipping@organogold.com. If the shipment was sent via UPS, we will file a damage claim.
A return label will be sent to your email to return the damaged items. Once we've verified the damage, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. Our decision to send a replacement is based on the number of damaged boxes and the final decision from UPS after they've inspected the merchandise.
