My package is lost. What can I do?

To report a lost or missing package, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Before you do, we recommend checking your surrounding area and with your neighbours to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.

Please be aware that a replacement is not guaranteed. We must wait for the courier to confirm the package is lost or missing, which can take up to 10 business days.
