Password Reset

In order to retrieve your password information, please go to your OG website, and select “Login”. Once there, please click on the “Forgot Password” button. Enter the username and email address that you used to create your account for a link to reset your password. When you receive the email, click on the link included to reset it on our site.

If you are unable to do so, please kindly provide the following information so we can verify your account and proceed to reset your password:

a) Home address
b) Date of birth
c) Home phone number
d) Last 4 digits of your government issued Identification Document registered in your back office (ie, SSN, SIN, TID, ABN, etc.)

Alternatively, you can contact ORGANO Support at support@organogold.com to reassign a new password to you.
