How do I transfer funds from my OGPay Wallet to my bank account?

You can move money to any US personal Checking/Savings account from your OGPay wallet. Money movement usually takes 3-4 banking days.

To transfer your funds to your bank account. Please follow the steps:

Under Mobile Wallet, Go to Send Money then select USA Bank Account. If there are no linked bank accounts, you can simply select " Other Account" then proceed to fill out:

Name on Account

Routing Number

Account No

Account type

Amount

Double-check every information you entered and once it is Final then click "Send Money." Each transaction only costs $1.00 per transaction. If you will transfer all your funds please leave a dollar amount.

To transfer funds from your OGPay wallet to a bank account with Scheduled Transactions:

Click on Manage Scheduled Transactions. This section allows you to manage your transactions by scheduling loads, requesting funds, and transferring funds. You can schedule a one-time transaction or reoccurring transaction based on predesigned settings.

Transaction Types:

-Transfer Mobile wallet funds to an OG Pay Debit Card/Virtual Debit Card

-Load your mobile Wallet Account from a U.S bank Account

-Transfer Mobile Wallet Funds to a US Bank Account

-Send Mobile Wallet Funds to another Mobile wallet account

-Request Payment from another Account

-Load your mobile Wallet Account from a Credit Card

If you are transferring to a new account, select Transaction Type

-Select other Bank Account in Transfer Money To

-Enter the required account information. Please carefully verify that your banking information is correct, as incorrect information may cause significant delays to your transfer.

-Add amount, pin and transaction date

-Make sure all the information is correct and click on Submit

-Once you have successfully created your transfer method, you can select whether to set up one time transaction or reoccurring Transaction
