Our Mycelium is sourced from the same premium, natural farm as always.  Natural products will have variation in color, and with age over time may shift in color too. Though a natural product, we do have tight specifications on potency and purity, and we test each ingredient when it comes into the manufacturing plant to ensure it meets our standards. The Mycelium should provide the same nutrient benefits from lot to lot, batch to batch based on our manufacturing standards.
