5) Do the prices for the products include tax?
No, the product prices do not include tax because it varies by region, it will be calculated and added to the order total at checkout.
6) Will I be able to place a retail order without Distribution Partner’s referral information?
Yes! you will still be able to place an order without a referral. Should you require assistance please do not hesitate to contact our Customer service team.
If you were referred by a distribution partner, simply enter his/her membership ID# in the popup window of the shopping cart, by doing so, you will give credit of your purchase to this distribution partner.
7) What if I change my mind and decide to sign up as a new Distribution Partner – how does that impact my Shop OG membership?
To sign up as a new Distribution Partner, please contact your sponsor who introduced the Organo business to you. You may cancel your membership on Shop OG at anytime after you sign up as a new Distribution Partner.
