Organo does not make claims or representations about the pH of our coffee. Coffee is, by its very nature, an acidic food. We do have some varieties (e.g. Café Supreme, Latte and Mocha) that are less acidic, but still have a pH value below 7. (above 7 is considered alkaline; below 7 is acidic).
