How can I track my shipment?

You have two easy ways to get your tracking information:
1. Through Your Back Office
Log into your back office and navigate to your order history:
Under your ID number or the "Welcome" text in the main drop-down menu, select "ORDER HISTORY" to find the tracking number for your shipment.
Note: Tracking numbers are updated in the system only after your order has been shipped out.
2. By Phone
You can also call our dedicated Shipping Line for assistance:
