North America: How long is the shipment of my product?

CA: Your order will ship within one business day, and you can expect it to arrive in 3-10 business days.

Autoship orders will ship within 2-3 business days and arrive in 3-10 business days.

Please also note that whether a signature is required for your package or if it can be left at the door is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver.

US: For regular orders placed before the cutoff time, we'll ship them the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day. In either case, the shipping time is 1-3 business days.

Autoship orders ship within 2-3 business days and also have a shipping time of 1-3 business days.

Please note: When a package is delivered to our distributors, it is up to the UPS driver's discretion whether to require a signature or leave it at the door.
