My shipment was damaged. I want a replacement. What do I do?
If you find that your shipment has arrived in a damaged condition, it is imperative that you report this issue without delay. To initiate the process for obtaining a replacement, you will need to send an email that includes photographs of the damaged product to shipping@organogold.com. In cases where the shipment was dispatched using UPS, we will take the necessary steps to file a damage claim on your behalf. Once we receive your email, a return label will be promptly sent to your email address, allowing you to return the damaged items to us. After we have thoroughly verified the extent of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that our decision to issue a replacement is contingent upon the number of damaged boxes reported and the final assessment made by UPS following their inspection of the merchandise.
