My package is lost. What can I do?

To report a package that has been lost or is missing, we kindly ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible. This will enable us to initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Before you contact us, however, we suggest taking a moment to thoroughly check your immediate surroundings and speak with your neighbors. It is possible that the package may have been delivered to them by mistake. Please keep in mind that while we will do our best to assist you, a replacement for the lost package is not guaranteed. We are required to wait for the courier to officially confirm that the package is indeed lost or missing, a process that may take up to 10 business days.
