Order Discrepancy

Order discrepancies must be reported to the Shipping Department immediately upon receipt of the product for adjustments to be made.  

Wrong Items Received

After we investigate, if we find a discrepancy, you have two options:

  1. Keep the incorrect items at a 30% discount.

  2. Return the wrong items to us, and we will issue an electronic return label. Once we receive them, we will ship the correct products to you free of charge.

Product Shortage

Our Logistics Department will investigate the weight of your package. Based on the results of that investigation, we will ship the missing products to you. For a follow-up, please email shipping@organogold.com.
