US RETURNS and EXCHANGES REFUND Information

To process a return or exchange, all Distributors must follow these steps:

Initiate Your Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Distributor Support by calling us or sending an email to support@organogold.com.

  2. Provide your original invoice number and ID number.

  3. Clearly list the product(s) you are exchanging or returning.

  4. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team.

Requirements and Fees

Please be aware of the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returned orders.

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • The volume and commissions originally paid to you on the returned items will be deducted.

Sending Your Shipment

  • Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for pre-paying all shipping costs associated with the return. We do not accept shipping-collect packages.

  • Packaging: The original box is for one-time use; you must use new packaging for the return shipment.

  • RMA Labelling: Clearly print the RMA number in indelible ink on the outside of the box. Packages without a visible RMA number will be refused by the Company.

  • Tracking: We highly encourage you to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service. If a returned product is not received, it is the Distributor's responsibility to trace the shipment.

For Exchanges Only

If you are requesting an exchange:

  • We will place a new order for the exchange products. The total value of the new order must be equal to or greater than the products being returned (excluding shipping and taxes).

  • You must pay any difference in price, along with appropriate shipping charges and taxes.

  • No credit will be allowed toward future purchases.
