Within 1 year:
For returns made within one year of purchase, the original shipping and any applicable shipping taxes are non-refundable. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, along with any fees for package interception or refusal. Please note that exceptions may be given to waive the restocking fee in different states, as per our policies and procedures
Intercepts can be requested while a package is in transit, but not once it's out for delivery. For refused packages, our customer service representatives will let you know about the interception refusal fee that will be deducted from your total refund.
Retail Customers
Within 3 Business Days: You qualify for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will issue you an electronic return label to send the package back.
After 3 Business Days but Within 30 Days: You will receive a full refund on the product price, but the shipping and handling fee (or pickup fee) is non-refundable. If the order is in "assembled" or "shipped" status, you must return the package at your own expense.
Important Note on Refused Orders:
Please do not refuse an order at the time of delivery. If an order is refused, we will deduct the refusal cost from your refund amount. This means it will not be a full refund, even if you requested a cancellation within the initial three business days.
Personal Retail Customers (Face-to-Face Sales)
Our distributors are required to offer Personal Retail Customers a 100% money-back guarantee for returns requested within 30 days of purchase.
