CA RETURNS and EXCHANGES REFUND Information
Here is a streamlined guide on how to return or exchange products in Canada.
Timeframes
The time from the original date of purchase determines the refund or exchange option:
Full Refund: Within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges: Within 45 days of purchase.
Returns After 30 Days (Up to 1 Year): A 10% restocking fee will apply.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Provide Necessary Information
Original Invoice Number
Your ID Number (Please include this in all correspondence.)
A complete list of products you wish to return.
Get Your RMA Number
Customer Support will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
For Exchanges Only
Place a new order of equal or greater value.
You are responsible for paying any price difference, plus shipping and taxes, on the new order.
Ship Your Return
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package.
Use new packaging (the original box is for one-time use only).
Pre-pay all shipping costs and consider adding a tracking service for delivery confirmation.

Important Notes
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
