For in-stock items, a tracking number will be available in your MyOG Office / Back Office once the order is shipped.
For personalized items, a tracking number will be emailed by the courier to the email address registered on your account once the order is shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox
How long before I receive my order?
All products are considered to be “In Stock” except for those that require personalization, such as “Business Cards”. All orders containing only “In Stock” items are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Production for orders containing one or more customize product(s) may takes 3 – 5 business days upon receipt of online form. Shipping time within North America takes 7 – 10 business days.
