What happens after I place my order?
For in stock Business Tool items such as mugs, shirts, product catalog, bags etc, orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and may be shipped with your regular coffee products. All orders with personalized items will be shipped separately.
After placing your order of personalized item/s, you are required to fill out the Organo Business Tools Personalized Information Form to indicate the information you want printed on your order of personalized item(s). Please provide a valid email address and fill out the online form right away to avoid delays. Once the form is successfully submitted, we make every effort to process and ship out within 3 to 5 business days. Once the order is shipped, please allow 7-10 business days travel time. – 11222022
